Yes, it does seem a lot of blogs are trying to ride the wave that WPDesigner started, I hope it does not turn into a trend as well.

@Joe: Wow, that’s terrible…very sorry to hear that. Who is in control of the domain now? This hacker you speak of? Best of luck to you…

I’m the guy that “bought” wpthemesplugin.com last month. Moses’ accounts were hacked into and his site was pretty much stolen from him. I paid the hacker for the site (not knowing of course). I had access to it for a few days and then all my passwords were changed. I spoke with a friend of Moses’ and he filled me in that in fact the site was hacked. Moses is very upset and I’m out a nice chunk of change.

I did, however, performed a backup as soon as I had access and I am keeping the site somewhat alive at a new domain I got, wpthemesplugins.com (with the ‘s’ at the end). None of the downloads or demos work just yet but there’s nobody visiting anyway.

Maybe at some point Moses will be able to get his accounts back or at the very least start at a new domain…. But either way, I have a copy of his site and files backed up for now.

If anybody has any suggestions, I’m all ears. You can contact me through the contact page.

Is great to have you back blogging again; and thanks for posting about my little video tabber tutorial! And yeah – the current trend of WP blogs being bought and then left for dead is not encouraging at all… Don’t sell out!
